First Steps

First Steps is the first Aposl collection — four performance socks, each carrying a verse knit into the yarn.

The name is literal. These are the first pairs we made, and they are meant to be the first thing on in the morning: before the run, before the gym, before the drive to work. A sock is a small thing to build a brand on, which is exactly why it works. You put it on without thinking and you wear it all day.

Every pair is 75% combed cotton, 21% nylon and 4% spandex, with a ribbed leg, arch compression, a cushioned footbed and a reinforced heel and toe. The Drew and The Amelia are knit in North Carolina from cotton sourced in the southeastern United States, and designed in Atlantic Beach, Florida. One size fits most, so there is no size chart between you and the sock.
