Terms of service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
These terms cover your use of aposl.us and anything you buy from us. Placing an order means you agree to them. We have tried to write them the way we would explain them out loud.
1. Who we are
Aposl is a direct-to-consumer apparel brand operated by APOSL LLC, a Florida limited liability company, based in Atlantic Beach, Florida. You can reach a person at hello@aposl.us.
2. Who can order
You need to be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract.
3. Orders, prices, and payment
When you place an order you are making us an offer, and we accept it when we ship. Until then we can decline or cancel — if a product sells out, if a price posted wrong, or if an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund including shipping.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include tax or shipping unless we say so. We charge your card when you order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through Shopify Payments.
4. Shipping and risk of loss
We ship to U.S. addresses via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders normally leave within one to two business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not promises — USPS has weather and holidays like everyone else.
We bear the risk of loss until the package reaches you. If tracking shows delivered and it is not there, tell us and we will make it right under our Refund Policy. Our Shipping Policy has the full details and current rates.
5. Returns, refunds, and our warranty
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. The short version: unworn socks returned with their original packaging within 21 days get a full refund, and every pair carries a 30-day Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
That Limited Warranty, including what it covers, how to make a claim, and the limitations on implied warranties and damages, is set out in full in section 2 of our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms disclaims or reduces it.
6. Product information
We photograph our products honestly, but screens vary and colors can shift a little. Our socks are one size fits most. We can discontinue a design at any time. Custom orders for teams, churches, and ministries are final sale except for defects covered by our Limited Warranty.
7. Our brand and our designs
The Aposl name, our logo, our product designs, our photography, and the text on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We claim the Aposl name and the serif-A-with-ichthys mark as our trademarks and use the ™ symbol accordingly. Please do not reproduce or sell them.
You are welcome to photograph and post socks you bought — in fact, please do.
Scripture on our products is quoted from public-domain translations, principally the King James Version and the American Standard Version, which carry no use restrictions. Where we use a copyrighted translation, we do so under written permission from the rights holder, and we credit the translation on the product.
8. Using the site
Do not break the law with our site, do not try to get into systems you should not be in, do not scrape or interfere with other people using it, and do not give us false information at checkout. That is the whole list.
9. What we do not promise
We do not promise the site will always be up or always be error-free, and we are not responsible for problems caused by your device, your network, or a service we depend on. Apart from our Limited Warranty and any rights you have under law that cannot be waived, the site itself is provided as is.
10. Limit on what we owe you
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of the site or a product will not exceed what you paid for the product the claim is about. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and section 5 governs our warranty obligations.
11. Indemnification
If you break these terms, misuse the site, or infringe someone else's rights, and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our resulting losses and reasonable attorney's fees.
12. If we disagree
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Duval County, Florida, and you agree those courts have jurisdiction over you. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver here — if we have a problem, we will deal with it in court.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. If we change something that matters, we will change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
14. Odds and ends
If a court strikes part of these terms, the rest still stands. These terms plus our Refund and Shipping policies are the whole agreement between us about the site and your purchase.
