Shipping policy

We ship from our own place in Atlantic Beach, Florida. Orders are packed by hand, usually the same day or the next.

Where we ship

Anywhere USPS delivers in the United States — all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and the other U.S. territories, and APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.

What it costs

Two pairs gets you free shipping, and it still applies after any discount code. Postage costs us the same whether we send one pair or three, so we would rather pass that along.

How fast we get it out the door

Orders leave within one to two business days. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Eastern usually go out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

If we cannot ship your order within that window, we will email you with a revised date and you can accept it or cancel for a full refund.

Tracking

You will get an order confirmation right away and a second email with a USPS tracking number the moment your package has a label. If neither shows up, check your spam folder, then email hello@aposl.us with your order number and we will resend it.

Delivery estimates

Two to five business days is USPS's estimate, not a guarantee. Weather, holidays, and the Postal Service's own operations can add delays. If your tracking has not moved in seven days, tell us and we will open a trace with the USPS.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout — we ship exactly what you enter. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable because of an address error, we will email you and reship it once you confirm the correct address; you cover the second postage. If the error was ours, we cover it.
